As a result after our session, a personal protocol will be tailored to your constitution and needs to promote changes in lifestyle, diet, supplement, and herbs in order to foster an increased state of balance and health thus maximizing the body's self healing capabilities.
Herbal Consult Program
This is a 90-day program is designed to help you confidently integrate a personalized herbal protocol into your daily life—building the knowledge, skills, and habits to continue supporting yourself long after our work together is complete.
Your program includes foundational herbal remedies to help you get started, along with a customized protocol tailored to your unique constitution, health goals, and stage of healing. We'll work closely together throughout the process, with regular check-ins to monitor your progress, make thoughtful adjustments, answer questions, and provide ongoing guidance every step of the way.
Fertility Education Packages
Working in tandem, Sabrina Vedette and Arielle The Herbalist will walk beside you as guides to share time-honored methods and practices to support you in conceiving. Taking an emotional, physiological, and spiritual approach over a 3-6 month journey depending on where you may be in your process.
Astrology Readings
Arielle’s readings are a mix of interpretations, intuition, and inner wisdom. She believes that the planets are not influencing us, but they are a map of frequencies in the sky that we can tap into in order to find a reflection of our inner truth. As the narrative of astrology grows more popular in modern culture, she wants to help guide people to use astrology as an empowering tool to work consciously with the collective cycles, and the personal cycles of our lives whether they be up or down.

Wellness Workshops & Retreats
Arielle has hosted workshops and event activations around NYC for the past five years with clients such as Boston Consulting Group, Soho House, Equinox, The Alchemist’s Kitchen, 1 Hotels, and more. She hosts yearly wellness retreats domestically and internationally with Sacred Lotus for those interested in herbal medicine and holistic wellness. She offers leadership, education, and services to public and private institutions.
