What is Ashwagandha?

In this class we will discuss the popular adaptogen, Ashwagandha. Be prepared to learn why Ashwagandha is categorized as an Adaptogen in herbal medicine, the traditional use of the plant, and how we can benefit from it's powerful medicinal qualities. We will taste and learn the many ways to incorporate this plant into our lives!

Learn how to cultivate a relationship to healing plants and use them for everyday wellness and health through our talks and classes about hands-on medicine making. Classes are hosted by our resident herbalists, and cover a variety of topics, from mercury retrograde support, spring detoxing, opening your third eye, and more - all using the power of plants.

Our herbal classes are open to all, from curious beginners to budding and blooming healers!

Classes are $12 and include a complimentary beverage.
