What is an adaptogen? Adaptogenic herbs have been used for thousands of years across many traditional lineages. When taken daily they can help our body adapt to stress. In this class we will gain an understanding of adaptogenic herbs and the activity these herbs have on our body functions helping us combat emotional and physical stress, digestive disorders, anxiety, hormonal issues, and more.


Learn how to cultivate a relationship to healing plants and use them for everyday wellness and health through our talks and classes about hands-on medicine making. Classes are hosted by our resident herbalists, and cover a variety of topics, from mercury retrograde support, spring detoxing, opening your third eye, and more - all using the power of plants.

Our herbal classes are open to all, from curious beginners to budding and blooming healers!
